Monique Sar is an executive leader and business consultant serving clients around the world in the US, UK, France, Spain, Italy, and Singapore. She graduated from the University of Denver, is originally from Colorado, now travels back and forth between Denver, and Newcastle in the UK. Monique specializes in helping high achieving young professionals and small business owners scale to become 6 & 7 figure business owners with an emphasis on high performance, leadership development, building relationships, and service. As a result, clients have made it to their first million dollar figures or reached their first six figure milestone, hired teams to work less, and created global world class businesses.

Monique has 8 years of experience in finance, once serving as a financial advisor working in wealth management and financial planning, then transitioning into the startup world with an international CBD & hemp e-commerce and distribution company. She later exited and currently serves in a multi-six figure online startup. One of her proudest accomplishments was ranking one of the top ten female financial advisors in the western region at her former fortune 100 firm in terms of number of clients. Monique has been featured in the press and speaks on stages across the nation. Today, Monique is considered an expert in online marketing, monetization, and scaling. She has mentored 100+ individuals to start or scale their businesses.When she’s not busy being a full-time boss, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her man and family, and going out to eat!
